SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

United States

Elizabethgetrude.com offers complimentary 1-3 business Days shipping to customers in the United states with USPS. Orders in stock will ship next business day Monday to Friday excluding weekends and US holidays.


Pre-order item (s) take 4-5 weeks to be made in Lake Como, Italy. After they are processed, they are shipped to you in 1-3 business days.

International

Elizabethgetrude.com offers complimentary 1-3 business Days DHL Express shipping on all orders. Orders in stock will ship next business day Monday to Friday excluding weekends and US holidays.

Do you ship worldwide?

Elizabethgetrude.com ships internationally on a  DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping method, which means that appropriate import Duties and VAT are calculated & collected at checkout and are paid to your Custom Clearance on your behalf.

We ship DDP to the following International countries:

How are US Sales Taxes charged?

Appropriate Sales Tax rates will be applied at checkout when they are imposed by your Local and State Laws.

How are International Taxes and Duties Paid?

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.

All Sharon Tatem LLC collections ship in 11-13 business days and arrive in signature packaging for storage and gift giving, compliments of Sharon Tatem.

RETURNS

How do I return my item?

You have 14 calender days to return an item from the date you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@elizabethgetrude.com to obtain a return authorization. 

Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, you item (s) must be in new, unused and in the same  saleable condition that you received it with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please kindly note that worn, item (s) with makeup, lipstick, lotion and oil stains or any other dirt stains not mentioned here will not be accepted. 

Your item (s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

A return pre paid label is provided with your order. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item (s) we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item (s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item (s) please return the original item (s) and make a separate purchase.

PRE-ORDERS

How can I place a Pre-order?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date.

Due to high demands of Elizabeth Getrude Limited-Edition collections, we offer Pre-Orders so that you will secure that item (s) and not have to worry about it selling out. Our silk scarves are ethically made in very limited quantities to preserve the environment and to give you a unique item.

All Elizabeth Getrude Silk scarves are made in very limited quantities in Lake como, Italy.

For out of stock orders (Pre-order), please allow five weeks for the making of your item (s) before it is dispatched out to you once purchased. Once we receive the Pre-Ordered item (s) we will ship them to you next business Day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your item (s) has shipped with a tracking number. To secure your item (s), you will be charged at the time of purchase.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

After an order is placed on Elizabethgetrude.com, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
