Return & Refund Policy

It is our delight to make your shopping experience easy, effortless and satisfactory. Therefore, Elizabethgetrude.com have provided a prepaid DHL express (International) or USPS (Domestic) return label with every order that is dispatched. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

RETURNS

You have 14 calender days to return an item from the date you received it. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@elizabethgetrude.com to obtain a return authorization.  Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, you item (s) must be in new, unused and in the same  saleable condition that you received it with all original packaging and tags attached.

Please kindly note that worn, item (s) with makeup, lipstick, lotion and oil stains or any other dirt stains not mentioned here will not be accepted. 

Your item (s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING

A return pre paid label is provided with your order. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item (s) we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item (s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policy.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item (s) please return the original item (s) and make a separate purchase.
